One of the few glaciers in the world which is not currently retreating
Perito Moreno Glacier, located in the Los Glaciares National Park of Argentina’s southern Patagonia region is not only one of the world’s biggest glaciers, it is also one of the most accessible (being not high up in the mountains), and it is also one of the few glaciers in the world which is not currently retreating. But, most of all, it is arguably the most impressive and stunningly most beautiful glacier on this planet.
